About our job opening

We are looking for a specialist physician in gastroenterology/hepatology who wants to work with us in ward and outpatient care, as well as our extensive endoscopy services.

Here, you will be part of a team characterized by innovative thinking, developing modern working methods with significant patient involvement, and constantly pushing to stay at the forefront of our specialty.

You will work at a local and appropriately sized hospital, large enough to encompass both breadth and depth of expertise, yet small enough for you to truly be seen and heard in your profession. There are also opportunities for research and clinical training through our modern knowledge center.

About us

The medical team in gastroenterology consists of 3 specialists who work closely with dedicated nurses. The team is driven by a strong sense of camaraderie, extensive competence, and immense commitment to the work. The team is heavily involved in the development of the operation as a whole, and we would love for you to contribute to this work.

Gastroenterology is part of the medical area, which is responsible for the care of patients across the entire internal medicine field. The work also includes on-call or backup duties within internal medicine.

Your profile

You are a licensed physician with a specialist certificate in gastroenterology. You are proficient in Swedish at a level equivalent to C1. You may have research experience or a desire to conduct research.

As a person, you enjoy collaborating across professional boundaries and have a willingness to work as part of a team. You are development-oriented and, of course, have a good attitude towards patients and colleagues.
